Calving

After first signs of calving, a healthy calf should be born within two hours.

If you don’t have a live calf within two hours from the time mucous and membranes appear, the cow should be examined to determine what is wrong.

Don’t wait until it is too late.

The sooner we can identify heifers and cows that are not progressing through
labour in a timely manner, the more likely we are to have a positive outcome.
